KACD Convention Exhibitor Booths
Exhibitor booths can be set up in the prefunction area (adjacent to Salons 1, II, III, and IV) beginning Sunday
afternoon, November 20, 2016.  Tables will be marked by signs indicating the business or organization that will
occupy each space. 

If you prefer, you may set your booth up on Monday morning.  Foot traffic will begin in the prefunction area at
approximately 7:30 a.m. (committee meetings will begin at 8:00 a.m.).  Exhibitors should plan to man their booths on
Monday until the awards banquet begins at 7:00 p.m.-or later if you would like to continue to make your information
available and visit with attendees after the banquet ends at about 8:30 p.m.  The convention will conclude after the
General Session on Tuesday, which will wrap up around noon.

Each space is approximately 8 ft. by 8 ft. and tables will be provided.  The prefunction area is directly across from
Salons I, II, III, and IV, where many of the convention breakout sessions will be held as well as all meals.  Therefore,
the area will experience heavy traffic throughout the convention, allowing your target audience of farmers, ranchers,
conservation district employees, and other conservationists to view your display.

Meal tickets will be available at the registration table during registration hours (Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.;
Monday from 7:00 a.m. to noon).

Please make checks or money orders payable to KACD and mail them to 1008 2500 Ave., Abilene, KS 67410.  If you
prefer, you may complete the online registration and pay with a credit card.  Registration forms can be filled out and
saved, printed or submitted online (save to your computer before clicking the Submit button). The
registration deadline is November 14, 2016.  If you need additional information, please contact James Krueger

Exhibitor Booths for For-Profit Companies
Reserve your company’s exhibitor booth by November 14, 2016.  The booth fee is $350.  No convention
registration is required. 

The exhibitor registration form is available for printing or online completion.

Ads in the printed program are available for purchase. The exhibitor registration form lists prices for various sizes. If
you wish to be a convention sponsor (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) and have your company’s name appear in the printed
program and on a poster at the registration table, please indicate your level of sponsorship on the registration form
and submit if by November 1st.

Information Booths for Nonprofits/Governmental Agencies
Information booths are available for nonprofit/governmental agencies for $250. Convention registration is not
required unless those working the booth plan to attend breakout sessions.

The information booth registration form is available for printing or online completion.  All booth reservations
should be postmarked by November 14, 2016.  Payment may be made by credit card or by mailing a check to
KACD, 1008 2500 Ave., Abiliene, KS 67410 by November 14, 2016.  If you need additional information, contact

Exhibitor Booths for Conservation Districts
Exhibitor booths are available for conservation districts for $25 if there is space available after for-profit companies
and nonprofit organizations have registered.

Convention Sponsorships
Vendors who would like to increase their support of the KACD Convention may become a convention
sponsor.  Levels of sponsorship are as follows:
GOLD - $1000
SILVER - $750
BRONZE - $500
The exhibitor registration form provides a line for indicating desired sponsorship level.

Sponsors will be listed on a poster displayed near the registration table and at each of the complimentary
refreshment activities (mid-morning coffee breaks and pre-banquet cocktail party).
