The KACD Strategic Plan, adopted May 13, 2009, by the KACD Board of Directors, is a dynamic document that is meant to be used as a guide, not a rigid set of rules. It covers a five-year period from 2009-2013.
Each year, an operational plan that outlines action steps leading to the overall goals and objectives will be developed to assist conservation districts, the KACD board, and the executive director in the planning and execution of activities.
In addition, an evaluation will be conducted annually to ensure that action steps are being taken and progress is being made toward the achievement of the association’s goals and objectives.
Suggested action steps may be submitted at any time to KACD Executive Director Pat Lehman at ptlehman@kacdnet.org.
